Endo & mirena w/out estrogel?

Hi everyone, I’m new on here. I’ve had the mirena coil for a year due to very aggressive endo (strictures in ureters, ovaries stuck, bowel adhesions) but had to ask for estrogen gel supplementation as I was unable to sleep due to excessive night sweats (45 so prob perimenopause). The pain and night sweats went away for a few months but are now back. Does anyone else on here have experience with mirena with or without estrogel? No GP appts for the foreseeable so just hoping to alleviate increasing anxiety as was told last year its try the mirena or hysterectomy with bowel surgeon on standby. Thanks and I hope to be able to answer others’ questions, too.
