Bending after FET

Hi

Is it ok to bend after FET? I read somewhere online that you shouldn’t.

How long does an blastocyst take to implant?

Is it best to take time off work after FET?

Is estrogen, Cyclogest, Lubion, steriods, aspirin, clexane and CoQ10 time sensitive?

How to keep abdomen warm? Is that important?

Thank you for answering my questions in advance. Might have more, apologies in advance, as I’m having my transfer on Friday and it’s our last attempt.

Hi there, best of luck on Friday my only advise is just relax. I would say, just ensure not to lift heavy stuff and do not take a hot shower.

The meds aren't time sensitive, take then within given time frames but precision isn't necessary.

HiSabrina. My advice would be yes, you can bend. No heavy lifting. I doubt you will be taking all that medication, but whatever you are prescribed, just take it as instructed. Hope all goes well and you get your positive result. Diane

hey you can bend normally just no heavy lifting or intense exercise.

You can work as normal too depending on your job but sometimes a few days off is good to help mentally if you need it

Your clinic will tell you the timings for your progesterone and blood thinners you mentioned and they are time sensitive the coq10 you shouldn’t be taking for a FET as that’s for before egg retrieval to improve egg quality and that parts already done.

You shouldn’t put any heat on your abdomen as it can raise your core temperature which can be harmful to fetal development so luke warm baths or showers only and no hot water bottles on your abdomen after transfer. Keeping your feet warm if your cold is the best way to make sure your not too cold but you should be okay as it’s summer ☀️

Best of luck for Friday 🤗💜

Hey

Twiglet is right that COQ10 is usually used to support egg quality. However with an FET it can be used to support the Endometrial Lining as far as I understand. At least my clinic said I could keep taking it for FET preparation xx
