I just had my FET yesterday and have been having period cramps today. It feels like my period is coming on soon. Feel so upset about it. Got a feeling that it is not going to work :(

Please try not to worry! It’s probably cramping as a result of the procedure rather than anything wrong with the transfer. Stay strong, you can do this! x

Echoing the above comment, try not to worry.2 days after my FET i had period type cramps that woke me up in the night they were that strong. Following this i constantly felt like i was going to come on my period. The really stong ones happened again on day 11. I really thought i was out.. but i wasn't! Try not to symptom spot, be kind to yourself and just take each day as it comes. Sending you positive vibes x

I had the strongest and most intense cramps at night on 2dp FET - they woke me, I woke my OH, the cat... it felt like awful period pains or like a very bad stomach. It was pretty short lived but I also assumed that and a mess up with my meds meant it hadn't worked and this was my body's way of telling me just how much it hadn't worked. Then I got zero symptoms for the rest of the 2ww. I tested on the eve of 3dpt in some miserable get it over with mood, and got a BFP. I'd had two prior early losses so I didn't even trust that but that one's still here 7 months in. The cramps may have been side effects of the meds or something entirely different, but it certainly wasn't the bad sign I thought. Best of luck.

Try to stay positive! I got period style cramps almost immediately after my FET. It’s totally possible it’s the beginning of implantation. My cramps started to ease up a few days later. I had no other symptoms and freaked out that it hadn’t worked. I got my BFP. Currently 8weeks with twins. Hopefully, they’ll stay stuck in there 🤞🥰 Is so early, try to distract and try to enjoy being PUPO (pregnant until proven otherwise).

Wishing you all the sticky luck in the world 🍀❤️

Xxx
