Hi all Thanks to anyone that replied to my precious post about an elected c section It looks very likely that I will be opting for an elective c section I wondered if anyone on aspirin or Clexane can tell me when they took their last dose.

hi i had a transfer , and im on clexane for the first 12 weeks i am heterozygous a1298c. Im worried about miscarriage risks . Has anyone stopped clexane at 12 weeks? And gone onto have a baby full term? Did my homocysteine test and came back in the normal range

For those who’ve tested positive for Antiphospholipid antibodies (I’ve had two samples 12 weeks apart with raised IgM cardiolipin), what dose of clexane/inhixa/enoxaparin were you prescribed?

Hi,I've just got the results back from my EMMA/ERA tests and blood tests and - as well as adonomyosis, which I'm on down regulation for - I've been told I need to take Clexane, aspirin and Prodisorone.

I have thromphilia and I'm on warfarin and clexane anti coagulants

Only had one biochemical in 6 transfers (after being prescribed pred 25mg, clexane 40mg, Lubion and utrogestan for my transfers following various tests. Lower doses of pred and clexane did not help ). I’ve had all the recurrent implantation failure tests now.

My doctor has taken me off clexane for a few days and asked me to repeat the scan in two weeks. At a time I thought I’d feel elation.. I feel terrified and am trying to understand what the combination of these three issues might mean.

This cycle I was on clexane, aspirin and prednisolone. I’ve got unexplained infertility. DNA frag and microbiome have come back good. Really unsure what to try next, everything is so expensive and don’t know what will actually make the difference.

Progesterone levels were normal and I was on clexane. Doctors up to now have been telling us it’s an egg quality problem (have had 8 embryos transferred without success) and to think about donor eggs (also have low amh) but the fact she was euploid doesn’t back that argument.

I’ve asked to be bridged and have been prescribed 5 syringes of clexane however I’m struggling to find out how long after my 2mg warfarin dose on Sunday evening, I can administer my clexane. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Thanks in advance

The most recent fault transfer I was on a cocktail of drugs - lubion, cyclogest, aspirin and clexane. We initially waited 5 years before TTC because I never thought we would need to do IVF, I thought it would be a simple IUI. Is anyone else in a similar position?

I was put onto clexane. Post hysteroscopy I had polyps removed. I am 34 years old. I already have a son from my very first successful ivf cycle and he is nearly 4. I am absolutely devastated as my gut told me it was positive after two failed attempts. What do I do?

Im still on: ✳️ progesterone pessaries 200mf twice a day ✳️ 1 x lubion injection daily ✳️ 1 x clexane injection daily ✳️ 3 x progynova daily (all taken together) Thanks for any support ☺️

- then eight days of following until transfer day - Utrogestan 200mg 2 comp/12hs vaginal + Prolutex 25mg 1 injec/day + Clexane 40 never heard of prolutex all this feels hard. Can’t believe I’m here again. Any advice or something to lift my spirits would be great. Xxx

I'm gearing up for my 7th ec and hopeful fresh transfer and they do not really recommend intralipids and prescribes the standard immune protocol of clexane, aspirin and prednisolone but if I'd like to have it they will arrange.

I start the progesterone , lubion , clexane tomorrow . Fet scheduled for next friday? Is this timing normal for transfer to be on cd17?

For this last round, we've had a hysteroscopy, had a thick lining, had intralipids and took steroids to suppress the immune system, take oral and vaginal probiotics (although didn't do the ERA, EMA, Alice test), took clexane, progesterone (prontogest and cyclogest), and used PGT-A 5BB embryo.

Hi If you took clexane (or blood thinners) during pregnancy, can you tell me when you were advised to stop? My clinic have said I should be taking it all the way through pregancy due to an increased risk of thrombophilia.

I am on the RIF protocol (3rd round) and was wondering if anyone has any experience with taking Clexane and Prednisolone? I've also been asked to take Aspirin. Has anyone just had the Clexane injections without the Prednisolone?
