Progesterone low after FET

Hi all, I had my FET embryo transfer yesterday and I had to push to get a progesterone test done. It has come back low at 26 today so they have told me to start taking lubion once a day as well. I’m already taking 3 utrogestran pessaries a day.

Can I add this injection in any time of the day?

And I’m worried that my progesterone was low at transfer and so is today so does this bode badly for me already? I still have to go and get the prescription before I can take it.

Thanks for any advice x

Hi Aussie83,

I got a call the day of my transfer to say my progesterone was low and I couldn’t get back until the next day to pick up the lubion prescription so I didn’t start taking it until day after transfer.

I took mine at lunchtime, as my clinic requested but I don’t think it matters too much. My transfer was successful so please don’t worry! It won’t have ruined your chances. Good luck ❤️ xx

Omigosh thank you so much for the reassurance, it eases my mind so much. I have been stressing a lot this morning 🤦🏻‍♀️ which can’t be good for my embie either.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, that’s so amazing x

Ahh okay I will try that with tomorrow’s. Thank you x

Cinderella is right. Some people also rub that area for a bit. The pain stays for a day (for me) which is a good way to remember which leg i did the day before xx
