Hi guys I’ve put together a list of vitamins that I’ve researched a lot and have prooved to be beneficial to endometriosis patients.

I’ve been researching methods and book worming a while now for ways to manage my endometriosis naturally since I’m not on any contraceptive pills and trying to conceive.

I hope this helps .

*side note it’s best to take the vitamins all on the same day and not intermittent days for the treatment to be effective.

I’ve gone from pain every day to little to no pain and can now function on my period I feel like a new woman and I’m hoping it’s not just a fluke it’s also ideal to follow a gluten and diary free diet whilst taking these vitamins.its a lot but has worked for me .

Zinc -zinc is a powerful immune regulator it’s also an anti inflammatory research states that a lot of endometriosis patients are deficient in zinc

Selenium- 100 mg no more than 200 mg as it can be toxic.selenium modulates and normalises immune function it also helps produce progesterone which endometriosis sufferers lack.

N-acetyl cysteine -NAC 500-200mg-an immune regulator that reduces inflammation.

Magnesium and vitamin b 6- relaxes the uterus and more can be taken for pain during your period without side effects!

Microscopic progesterone cream - 2 pumps a day-after ovulation

promotes sleep

Reduces inflammation protects you against heart disease, reduces stress and calms the nervous system take during ovulation or 14 days after period stop on your period.

Turmeric -can be used in bigger quantities without side effects reduces inflammation

Reserveratrol- this is found in grapes or berries have 40-200mg

Reserveratrol reduces the enzyme that makes Estrogen

Trying to conceive vitamins 😊

Bees propellis

Evening primrose oil-helps your lining

Folic acid-take 3 months before trying to get pregnant

Daily Aspirin -before pregnancy 75 mg or less not to be taken if you have a stomach ulcer.please do your own research on aspirin as-well I’ve found it very effective

*please note my recommendations are just that from books I’ve read and things I’ve tried myself they do not guarantee a pregnancy but I will contest my own journey I did conceive after changing to the endometriosis diet which sadly ended in misscarrige at 12.5 weeks now pregnant again with baby girl

it’s important if you have been trying for at least a year you seek professional advice.

Just so you know I never took ubiquinol in the end as my order didn’t arrive I was pregnant by then the only vitamins I took for pregnancy was pregnecare before pregnancy.

Update once pregnant please seek asprin therapy at least first 3 months do so at your own risk or intelligence please research asprin and endo and enquire through a professional if you are allowed to take it

Hope this helps feel free to ask questions if you like x

what you are having sounds like a hormonal I’mbalance have you been on the implant long? The issue with implants is they can cause irregular menstruation they cause something called breakthrough bleeding. implants can also cause weight gain I would suggest magnesium ,zinc and iron supplements though this would be a trial if your symptoms don’t settle you may have to look into a more suitable contraception the most suitable one for endometriosis In which I have researched is the i u d .the i u d is better because you still ovulate and have your normal hormones .have you thought about having an i u d?

Hi,

I am glad to read this post, I have been taking all this myself just by trail and error and they seem to work. Vitamin D is another one I personally find useful and have added to my daily vitamine intake.

Hope you keeping well.

Thank you for this post Afrohair, so good to hear that you’ve managed to reduce the pain significantly! Glad to see you recommend some of the ones I take - NAC is also very beneficial now as it helps clear the lungs as well. I need to up my zinc and selenium!

Thanks for this. I’m also trying to conceive with endo so this is really helpful. Anything for pain relief too! I’ve read Coenzyme Q-10 in the form of Ubiquinol is another good one. Expensive but improves egg quality. You may have heard of a book called ‘It starts with an egg’ there’s stuff in there too about trying to conceive with endo. Good luck!

I take MSM powder and N- acetyl cysteine . I feel That it really helps with inflammatory pain. I noticed a big difference when I stopped taking it for a while and I went back on it. I have tried every supplement under the sun and these two really make a difference Xxxx
