Does anyone have unrelenting phlegm or thick mucus that is almost imposiable to get rid of ? Started the B1 therapy,but haven't seen any info if it helps these...

Started B1 4g 2x daily, reduced to 2 gr as per Dr.C. Still not feeling great . Not sure if it could be the dosage or the stress and other problems I have had....
