My wife and I, encouraged by friends, have finally decided to move to Spain

This is mainly to ease my p.d as I'm up near the higher doses of Stalevo and the

dyskinesia drives me mad. What I would like to know is:well, everything!

We are moving to Habea so I suppose I find nearest health centre and register with a doctor.

Is this free or private. Will my regular drugs be free? I am 73 and in good shape, so is

my wifeMayben even prescription cannabis is avsilable in Spain? What happens after

Brexxit? ANY advice gratefully received

I'm confused as to how moving to Spain could help with your PD? Did I misunderstand your post?

I also don't understand your post why will moving to Spain help your PD? and why would your medications be free?

I understand completely. The wine 🍷 in Spain is much better and less expensive.

This is not the right place to ask financial advice.

As you are a UK resident you have a GP and free health care. As a pensioner you receive free medication and a state pension. You cannot assume these systems and benefits are exactly the same elsewhere. I don't think anyone can tell you yet how Brexit will affect present reciprocal agreements.

You need to contact Dept of Health, Dept of Work & Pensions, and your private pension provider. It might be a good idea to get advice from your solicitor regarding the different rules for buying property oversees - and about putting your affairs in order before you leave.

Hey John I would be getting my bloods done by a Lyme pathology making sure it's not been mis diagnosed as there is a lot of info about PD being the symptom and the cause is not treated . Try herbal Cats Claw in the liquid form starting with one drop and building to thirty over 30 days and take it 3 times daily . If you have a Herxhimer reaction u know u have something causing the P D . Please do your research as P D is the symptom of underlying disease in some cases cheers
