Right combination of supplements

I have experienced that the combination of different herbs and supplements can backfire if not taken rightly. But the right combination is a tricky matter and is different for different persons. I was wondering whether there is some standard combination of supplements which is optimal and is more or less suitable for everyone

The supplements I use are

1. taurine

2 tyrosine

3. NAC

4. folic acid

5 B12

6. B1

7. vitamin C

8. Vitamin D

9. green tea extract

10. turmeric

11. L Acetyl Cystine

12. Omega 3 , 6 , 9

13. vitamin K2

14. mannitol

15. bacopa

16. ashwagandha

17. homeopathic medicine

18. mucuna

19. selegiline

some other herbs

There are many different aspects to taking supplements beside having them in certain combinations. I'll just want to say that folic acid and B12 exist in different forms, some are more bioavailable than others and can affect your metabolic/methylation pathways in different ways. There is too much to it to write about, but if you are taking synthetic folic acid, check out this website by Dr. Ben Lynch who I highly respect:
