First six-month blood test, and my lymphocytes have gone down!
I also take
green
tea
extract
every day and that seems to have helped too. Iâm not sure how often the numbers fluctuate up-and-down, but for now Iâm guessing this is a good result and I should do more of the same?

B2, glutathione, Restore Gold (NAC,

,ALA, TUDCA, Acetyl-L-Carnitive, Grape Extract), NAD+vitamin c/e are some of my favorites. 4. Diet and lifestyle. Long term nutrition deficiencies. I believe a low b2 levels caused a ton of my issues.

Switch to Mucuna
Is brewed
green
tea
better or
green

capsule? Is there any interaction between
green
tea
and vitamin B6, similar to carbidopa? Is Mucuna+carbidopa better than Mucuna+green tea? Or vice versa?

Rooibos tea time another day older
Rooibos comes in
green
and red ,
tea
or
extract
( used in this study ) . So may be a welcome addition to the usual black or green teas. More interesting are the finding in this study.

Ear dilema
Hi folks đ I recently followed some bad advice and put warmed, diluted tea tree oil in my slightly clogged, itchy ear not realising that Tea Tree can be Ototoxic to the Cochlear. I diluted 3 drops of Tea Tree oil in 30ml of Olive oil and put 0.5 ml in my ear. I let it sit there for around 10 minutes

Weird plugs under scabs
So in 2011 I started getting weird scabs on my face with stretchy plugs underneath once removed the spot would typically close and more would appear in or near the same area. I have read many posts about morgellons and auto immune diseases that could cause this but the problem for me was never identified

Change of Levothyroxine brand (to Teva) possibly causing hair loss?
I may be clutching at straws here but I'm wondering whether anyone else has experienced hair loss on the Teva brand of Levothyroxine? My 20 year old daughter has a diagnosis of (secondary) hypothyroidism and takes 10mcg of Liothyronine plus 50/75 mcg of Levo on alternate days. She was very ill when

Very belated intro
I've had rls since I was in my teens. I'm now 66 years old. About 6-7 years ago, I was finally diagnosed with RLS, and given a medication that I can't recall the exact name of, but it was something like lebadopa carbadopa?? Anyway, that worked very well for me at first, but after a few months it would
