I would like to know if it will be safe for me to try this Taurine for tonight - 1000 mg. tablet. I tried valerian root for a while but it seemed not to work. An aside; I have just read that zolpidem tartrate CAN have adverse effects on sleep apnea. O.K.

Hi everyone after reading on this forum about l argerine and taurine..I now take 1000mg of each and 100mg coq10 plus magnesium citrateI've gone from persistent af to af free since 6th December

I heard that Taurine and Tumeric Supplements were good for the heart however if on blood thinners may interact to thin the blood even further. Does anyone have knowledge or information on this topic? I am on elaquis 5 mg twice daily.

Clearly, if you are not into the hard training loads the need for taurine may have less value - more than happy to accept that of course and each person's experience is unique.

In the book he advocates taking fish oil but he also says to eat fish on occasion because fish has Taurine and fish oil supplements do not. Taurine? could that be a key? Missing amino acid?

I have been taking about 2 grams of taurine a day for a few months now. Taurine is supposed to be good for longevity. There are more and more reliable references to this on the Internet. Now I would like to add "Lithium Orotate" 5 mg daily. Has anyone had any experience with this?

I do take my Levothyroxine at least half hour before caffeine or other meds, supplement with Solgar Vitamin B Complex 100, Taurine, and British Supplements Triple Magnesium complex. I have type 1 diabetes, good control using an insulin pump. Also take 2.5mg Bisoprolol.

Claims Taurine, Selenium and Foreign Protien Cleanse product, which he sells, cures Parkinsons, too. And he claims its all backed by research.

I have taken Magnesium Taurate for year’s, firstly Cardiovascular Research combined and then Magnesium Bisglycinate and taurine separately (due to costs and needing a mortgage to buy the combined). Has anyone taken the Magnesium Taurate from Ethical Nutrition?

Thank goodness I’m a stubborn Taurine!! My rheumatology department has been stripped of staff… When I was first was diagnosed my treatment was amazing. i had a rheumatologist . A designated nurse who knew me by name easily contactable and never left me to suffer.

I already take L-carnitine, CoQ10. taurine, magnesium and potassium, a full aspirin and a multivitamin. I have been taking a combination of hawthorn liquid extract and capsules twice daily in between meals for a couple weeks now and my AF episodes have decreased significantly!

So, I kept doing research and figured out I need to keep building the strength in my heart which led me to Taurine and B6 (I discovered that B6 is huge especially in athletes.
