I imagine Selegiline has therapeutic effects against any type of cancer.

I understand that there are complimentary drugs such MAO-B Inhibitors (such as Selegiline, Rasagiline, and Safinamide) I've done some cursory reseach which indicates that MAO-B inhibitors are neuroprotective, may delay alpha-synuclein aggregation and therefore may have disease modifying effects.

My new neurologist started me on Selegiline 10 mg/day. In two weeks I reduced my Sinemet from two pills per day to one. My tremor is much calmer and I feel more clear. So far no negative side effects and I take the first 5 mg on an empty stomach.

Due to drug shortages we've been unable to get rasagiline and had to swap to selegiline. Since the swap mum has had lots of unusual bleeding and the GP thinks it may be a side effect of the selegiline. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar problems and if so how did you resolve things?.

Dopamine agonists n selegiline not helping much too. I am taking 300 mg SR thiamine with magnesium n zinc. Tremendous fatigue, gait issues n stiffness. I take dopamine 100/25 two- three times a day in divided doses. MP didn’t work too.
