Hi Agoodlife, I found the article you sent to be very interesting. I personally feel calcium supplement does make a difference to my motor functions, sometimes good and sometimes bad. I am a female at 52. I tried to combine calcium with vitamin D, magnesium and phosphorus, so far haven’t found a perfect combination yet. Are you taking calcium supplements?
BTW, my blood test shows my calcium at the high end of the normal range, which is consistent with the article’s theory of, calcium might be transferred from the bones to blood/cell. I also have hip bursitis, not sure if this is all relevant. .......
Benadryl for tremor, Roy? Perked my interest. I have a friend who has essential tremors and internal (there is a medical name but I don't know the term) tremors. She gets Botox 2x yearly, all that is allowed. I suggested CBD oil which she's going to try.
B1 took me about three months taking it to start to see consistent benefits. Some benefits were immediate but others came a lot later. Must be patient and consistent
bacillus subtilis. (because I take probiotics anyway) 1/day
licorice (because I love it anyway on an occasional basis)
My neuro prefers I stick with 1 mg Rasagiline MAO-B (missing from your list) and 1.5 mg pramipexole(Mirapex) . It is a Dopamine Agonist..you have Dopmanie misspelling.
