Zincum Metallicum
I’m not a believer in
homeopathy
, but a friend passed along this link, touting it for RLS and other neuropathic issues. https://www.drhomeo.com/medicine/zincum-metallicum-homeopathic-medicine-its-use-indications-and-dosage/ Has anyone heard of this or tried it?

Thuja occidentalis - homeopathy for ovarian mass
Conclusion: This case series suggests that individualized
homeopathy
, and notably Thuja, can be useful in the treatment of pathological ovarian masses.

hot flushes
In the past, I tried everything else, although I didn’t give
homeopathy
much more than a month or so. I now take Utrogestan, which a locum gp recommended a couple of years ago. I supplement it with wellsprings progesterone cream in the summer, but now I’m using it in the winter.

Diagnosis Anterior Cutaneous Nerve entrapment syndrome?
I've tried 7 weeks of accupuncture, 2x 2 month rounds of
homeopathy
, 10 weeks of capsaicin cream, TENS, heat packs, cool packs, and now am taking paracetamol, ibruprofen and gabapentin. None of these seem to work that well.

Pseudo-science practices such as
homeopathy
', 'naturopathy' and chiropractic do not work for RLS. Be Wary of so-called “Alternative,” “Complementary,” and “Integrative” Health Methods. They will not help with RLS or probably any other disease.

I am not on any medication for my Fibro as my GP was not very helpful about it so thought I would investigate whether

The hidden dangers ... the many routes to the IC ... beware of the cheese ... 🧀
It's the early hours of day 11 of my trip to Switzerland with my father. Ironically I can't sleep, so got up for a hot drink and a banana (after reading IP's chat post this week). I know screen time is not the answer, but I suspect I'm done for the night anyway. It's been an eventful week leading to

RLS in legs and arms
RLS in legs and arms for 3 years. Tried Mirapex, Gabapentin, Pregabalin which all made me feel horrible so discontinued. Tried Acupuncture, Homeopathic, Naturopathid remedies. All seemed to work for awhile then not. Yoga helps as does walking at night when I cannot sleep because of the RLS. Only get

Do I have PMR or not: that is the question?
Hello All My first post. I have update my profile with the history since first diagnosed in August 2021, I will try to avoid to much repetition. In essence the Consultant says I do not have PMR as my Inflammation markers are within range. I am experiencing pain/stiffness in my shoulders throughout

Does Besremi cause high blood sugar?
I started Besremi two weeks ago. My first dose was 100 mcg. I am supposed to take my second dose today, and increase it to 150mcg. The thing is, I had a BMB this week, since my MPN specialist wanted to have a baseline, and prior to the biopsy had some blood tests at the hospital. I got some of the results
