I have had IBA for 30 years and was diagnosed with acid reflux and a hiatal hernia 2 years ago with Barrett’s Oesophagus but managed to calm it down with acupuncture and homeopathy.

Has anyone gone the alternative route to control their BP, IE Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Herbal etc.If so what & were there less side effects, also was it successful??.
