I have read that b-complex vitamins especially food like spinach and avocado might be able to ease the symptoms of schizophrenia.

I have had IBA for 30 years and was diagnosed with acid reflux and a hiatal hernia 2 years ago with Barrett’s Oesophagus but managed to calm it down with acupuncture and homeopathy.

The 3rd step would be homeopathy, which he says is curative. The whole process could cost a few hundred a month and hopefully take less than a year. Trying to make an appointment to discuss with my dr. So, anyone have any experience, thoughts on this other than to be careful? Thanks.

Has anyone gone the alternative route to control their BP, IE Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Herbal etc.If so what & were there less side effects, also was it successful??.

I've tried 7 weeks of accupuncture, 2x 2 month rounds of homeopathy, 10 weeks of capsaicin cream, TENS, heat packs, cool packs, and now am taking paracetamol, ibruprofen and gabapentin. None of these seem to work that well.
