This an easily available natural product at very low cost and experiments have proven it's benefits in neuro degenerative diseases.
Considering that the pharmaceutical approach to Parkinson's diseases comes at a great cost and side effects to PWP, it offers much hope to me to learn that safe, plant-based solutions are a viable alternative.
Since my positive experience with herbs over the last 2 months, I have gradually discontinued the synthetic suppliments and vitamins and added different herbs to my daily dose.
I am taking following herbs :
1. Mucuna pruriens
2. Bacopa monnieri
3. Ashwagandha
4. turmeric
5. Mannitol (resumed after some break)
Now adding Black seeds (seeds and oil) after reading about its benefits

Vielight is overpriced . It works for some people and have no effect for others like most of PD therapies. In my case , I am still not sure of the benefits
take 1 teaspoon of black seed oil with honey before breakfast, 1 teaspoon of saffron oil in the afternoon and 1/2 teaspoon of black seed honey before sleep.
I always prefer to use raw powders instead of extracts. The reason is that the rest of the constituents are missed in extracts which might have beneficial effects.

It has been a long time since you posted this can you give me an update and if you are still taking Mucuna seed powder (how much) and nigella sativa oil etc.
