Vision problems 🤓

So about the last month and can be random days , all of a sudden I I get a weird feeling come across me , I feel sick , really lightheaded , off balance and my vision goes really strange , very foggy / not clear and my right eye is the worst . I honestly think I, about to have a stroke .

Anyone else have thoughts on this please ?

Also can someone tell me how tunnel vision effects them please ?

That is me today... my left eye it’s like I see a white dot in my vision... it’s annoying but I know there’s nothing wrong with me...
