Just been super stressed out my mind been racing its like ever sense i had a panic attack last week its like now its the thoughts coming in the weird feeling in the head also it's like me trying to fight my mind against the thoughts and it's just I'm getting a headache lately. Work has been rough as well. It's draining mentally also barely getting any sleep. I wake up then fall asleep. It's like a pattern. i hope i dont start from level one again.

Hi Johnnie, once we experience a panic attack whether the first or the fifteenth, it leaves
us in a state of anticipation. Negativity takes over in your mind, enough to produce a
muscular tension headache. Then not sleeping . work mentally draining you with stress
and then we wonder and worry why our head feels weird. All the above are contributing
factors stress and tension. What you need is some good old relaxation for both your
mind and your body. A shower, a bath before going to bed can have a relaxing effect and
allow you to go into a deep REM sleep. Then and only then will your mind heal from the
stresses of your day.
Remember, you are not ill, this is coming from your brain being over stimulated that it
can't relax.The Mind/Body Connection is a powerful one Johnnie. Finding a calming
meditation on YouTube and listening to it before bed along with doing breathing exercises
can be very beneficial and can even take away your headache. Believe it or Not.
I use Meditation and Breathing each and every morning, afternoon and night.
I'm asleep within moments. I have literally changed my way of thinking to a more
positive approach in life. The subconscious mind is gullible while sleeping. it takes
in all positive affirmations it may hear. After a time, it automatically becomes your
internal reset to a more stress free life. Talk with you tomorrow. Don't lose hope. xx
yeah just feeling my anxiety and stress level is off the rough i woke up just now head feels wierd still just need some peace and relaxation.
I hear you. Maybe time to seek some therapy to smooth over the rough edges right
now. Keep coming on the forum and talk it out with others who may be going through
the same thing right now. Each one of us has a different way in releasing stress and
tension in our lives. Take what you need from that advice and leave behind what
doesn't work for you.
One last thing Johnnie, when stress starts piling up on us, and it will, make a mental
picture as to what you are in control of and what you're not.
Fighting what you can't control either needs acceptance or walking away.
We get no where when we continue to fight our battles. We just go in a cycle of
fear begets fear.
As for your head feeling weird? It's stuck right now in a panic pattern and needs a
release. Breathe, relax those shoulders. Make a call to your therapist if possible. xx
