Magnesium & calcium for anxiety??

Has anyone taken magnesium and calcium for anxiety, I've heard magnesium is good for nerves ?? Is it true??

I take it for dizziness helps a bit-:/

I take both. It helps. Be careful, too much magnesium can cause diarrhea. I take 250 a day of just magnesium and 1200 a day of just calcium. I do not take them in the same pill.

I take magnesium and to be honest it has done nothing for me. I take a variety of anti - anxiety pills everyday but I feel nothing different. I have always been anxious but my dad died 6 months ago and my anxiety went off the roof. The only way to help anxiety is understanding, breathing, exercise and relaxation. It is a hard road xx
