Yes me magnesium glicinate I found it has reduced my anxiety and dizziness.
Me too magnesium glycinate, got rid of my freezing cold flu symptoms, got rid of my tense muscles and reduced morning sickness a hell of a lot. I'm also able to do exercises again.
I've just found out I'm intolerance to Corn/Maize and maybe some other things which have been causing my stomach problems and anxiety, and the dilemma i'm facing at the minute is whether to stop my other medicine (mirtazapine and lanzproprazole) as they both are made with maize.

Make a meal with gravy and add some cornflour then eat a lactose free yogurt made with cornflour after and if star wars kicks off in your stomach like it did mine you'll know! lol
