I occasionally take natural calm magnesium powder mixed with hot water before bed. I have read online from the reviews that it has really helped people. As for myself, I cannot say that I have noticed any large effect but then again, I have not been taking it for that long. I do know that magnesium deficiency is a bigger problem than most people think and can cause lots of different imbalances in the body
I think it does help especially with sleep if you take it before bed. It's worth ago.

I take magnesium everyday along with other vitamins like fish oil, multi vitamin, and a calming vitamin that I take that has a bunch of things in it, lemon balm etc. It helps me a lot.
Is there a specific dose to take or does it depend on person to person?
I take magnesium citrate and calcium citrate.
There are a few types of mg, but I read that the citrate is the type needed to calm to nervous system. The calcium is needed because mg makes you calcium deficient over time.
beware do not self perscribed .our body needs all kind of metals .iron .zinc magnesium .etc.. but only certain portion of each is enough .any extra beyond your needs may upset your metabolism ... consult doctor ...
I take magnesium glicinate its helped me a lot with my anxiety i feel a lot calmer. Also my dizziness headaches have reduced I would never go without it now its a life saver to me. I don't take any other meds just magnesium it has no side effects I love it.
Unfortunately i saw no improvement in my anxiety when I used it
Last I knew,when I tried magnesium, I was on the toilet a lot.
