Anyone else on Mirtrazapine?

I was on 7.5 Mirtrazapine for a week. The past two nights I've went up to 15. Today I'm very jittery but also feeling out of it at the same time? I don't know that I like this feeling. I've been on a lot of different antidepressants some with bad side effects and some that did nothing. I know this could be a sign of it starting to work but I feel very, not me. I'm upset and I don't really like the out of it feeling. I know I'm not used to the dosage yet and it takes time, but it's frustrating.

Does it get any better? Do you get used to the jittery feeling? Or the feeling of being out of it?

ive never felt drowsy just tired.for me it does get better. sometimes I feel nervy but life is so cruel at the moment so finding it hard.

yeah on Monday night I had terrible things go through my head couldn't sleep all night had a panic attack 4am and ended up missing work.

I too miss work for some things. Do you go to some kind of therapy like counseling? Here we have a place you can walk in and talk to someone. You should really try to talk to someone and maybe see if you can be put on a temporary med to help get you through this bad time..

I'm on 40mg mirtazapine I was also prescribed amitriptyline propranolol but never started those as I don't want to be like a zombie .

I hear ya. I've been on amitriptyline before and it didn't really do anything for me. Or at least I didn't think it did. When they doubled me up on meds before, it almost landed me in the hospital as they didn't mix well and I felt crazy. Some things aren't better as they're added on.
