Advice on test results please

Hello there

I would be glad if some advice on my latest test results please:

CRP HS X 6.23 mg/L (0 - 5) - this is high, but I came down with a temperature and sore throat the following day, so I'm guessing it's probably due to fighting illness rather than autoimmunity.

Ferritin 94.9 ug/L (13 - 150) - have been taking 2 x Solgar gentle iron 20mg for quite a while now, but has still dropped from last test. I will post separate iron test results.

Folate - Serum 13.77 ug/L (> 3.89) - this is finally coming up!

Vitamin B12 - Active 136.0 pmol/L (37.5 - 150) - and this is coming up too...

I'm currently taking 2 x Thorne basic b complex... should I be reducing this to a maintenance dose for both folate and b12?

Vitamin D 95 nmol/L (50 - 200) - guess this could still do with some improvement...

TSH 0.05 mU/L (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)

Free T3 6.62 pmol/L (Range: 3.1 - 6.8) - I think this is quite high because I got confused and took more than half my dose the night before!

Free Thyroxine 18.5 pmol/L (Range: 12 - 22) - this has come down from last test

I'm currently taking 125mcg thyroxine and 12.5mcg liothyronine

Thyroglobulin Antibodies 17 IU/mL (Range: < 115)

Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies X 45 IU/mL (Range: < 34)

So what time gap was there between taking Levo, also T3 before the test?

Your folate is still not amazing, most people report feeling well when it is at 20. If you reduce or stop the B complex your numbers will slide back to where they were or go lower.

Thanks for your reply JaydeeTest was done first thing in the morning, before levo, but I took more than half of my t3 dose the night before (I meant to take half, as advised on here, but got confused splitting the pills!!)
