Why has my ferritin risen so quickly!?
I was also taking 20mg of
solgar

iron
to! So I went back on the 210mg of ferrous fumarate taking just 1 tablet every other day with vitamin C and my ferritin level has risen to 80 in 8 weeks! If my body struggles to absorb iron, then why does my ferritin rise so quickly!?

On iron supplements but my ferritin did not increase
I am taking Sideral Forte which I ship from Germany, I tried
Solgar
gentle
iron
but it was not gentle enough for me! I do feel better in some ways (most amazingly, the dry mouth problem disappeared completely) but I am still very fatigued and I seem to get worse after my period.

14 month with RLS?
I have concerns my 14 month old is suffering from RLS. I've spoken to his Dr who has dismissed is as it's uncommon. I suffer with this myself and he kicks his legs like I would and will moan, sometimes cry if it keeps happening and it's always when he's relaxed, breastfeeding, before he falls asleep

I am 77 and was diagnosed in 2015. I am currently I'm remission, as far as I know however I have been having severe sweating again and not just at night but also daytime. Hepcidin
You told me that taking Iron in the A.M. and then in the P.M. would be useless as Hepcidin would block the second dose. (?) Then how do these time-release iron supplements, like SLO-FE work?

Cofactors - B complex?
should I be starting on a B complex? I had iron infusion end of May and have been on EOD B12 injections since then. I am also taking folic acid 5mg every day and a spray vitamin D & K. I have been reading that some people take a B complex, but the one I saw also has folate in it and don’t want to
