Blood test results - interpretation help needed please

Could you please let me know if those are something I should worry about?

In July I felt under the weather and asked GP for full bloods but they only did TSH and T4 which back then we're

TSH 2.08 and T4 13.9

Back then I upped my levo duże from 75/50 on alternate days to 75/daily.

After w while I thought I'm over medicated. I was not anxious, moody so I'm surprised to see results from yesterday's tests.

That were taken at 8:30 am in the same GP surgery and sent to the same labs.

Please don't ask, no ferritin, B12 etc. I will only get those requested by my private Endo if I ask them but I haven't seen him for a long time. Those were done by GP because I had some fever for several days left week.

I had to cancel my apt with my endo today because I wanted him to see those results b but that were delivered too late.

I'll be abroad next week so planning to do any extra ones privately there (please let me know what else should I get checked).

Please see below yesterday's test results received just now

How long have you been on 75mcg daily

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

Presumably test was done as recommended…..early morning, and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Looking like you need next increase to 100mcg and 75mcg alternate days

Vitamin D is too low

How much vitamin D are you currently taking

Yes, it was taken at 8:30am with last levo 26h before. It's always the same brand in 25mcg tablets. I did skip one dose last week for tests. Also took 50 instead 75 on occasion as I honestly thought I'm over medicated. So perhaps that it. I was once on 75 x6 and 100 on Sunday which made me super unwell and over medicated.

Should be vitamin deficiencies responsible or drinking coffee 30 minutes after levo?

Would results be temp

The longer we are hypo, the more your own thyroid gets damaged, the more likely it is you need a dose increase

approx how much do you weigh in kilo?

Coffee should be at least an hour after levothyroxine

You could move to taking levothyroxine at bedtime…..many find it more convenient, possibly more effective

75mcg is only one step up from starter dose

hypothyroid symptoms can often be mistaken for hyperthyroid symptoms

When I was waking up regularly at 4-5am and took my levo then falling asleep again and not having coffee and food for another 2h I was absolutely fine. Then I got COVID in August and my sleep pattern had changed. Evening won't work for me as I get hungry often in the evening. I just need to get more strict with no coffee. For months I would have only deaf and now I'm back on regular.

I've also changed to gluten free 4 weeks ago.

On this dose I've been since mid/end of July but I've been really bad with vitamins. Rarely taking any 🙈

I'm about 63kg and 160cm I'm about 10kg too much for someone who could never ever put any weight 10y ago. I know so many people with hypo and they are all slim
