What meds do you take? Perhaps room for a small Levo increase or to add in liothyronine?

Do you think I need t3

With your tsh at nearly 2 and your t3 at 5, I think I’d try adding in just a little more Levo. Another 12.5 a day maybe? Or just add in another couple of 25s in the week say on a Tuesday and then Saturday.

I guess it’s just worth experimenting.

Wouldn't know how much to take etc

That’s fine. Just do what the doc advises then. It’s just many on take their dose down it up a little and retest bloods to work out for themselves what dose is optimum for them (seeing how they feel).
