This was an interesting article. I began taking Vitamin D3 and co-factors after joining this site, as well as a B complex and C. After reading this article I changed my pill box around a little, moving the Vitamin C to bedtime. I had no idea it would prevent absorption of Vitamin B12. I knew about taking the fat-soluble vitamins after a fatty meal, so I had been taking my Vitamin D, Vitamin K2-MK7, magnesium, selenium, and zinc together after dinner.

Timing of vitamins
I didn't know this and I take my Vit C with my B complex every day!
I think that may be the article where I learned about Vit C keeping the body from absorbing B12. I now mention this in my replies and when suggesting a member needs B Complex I include the information about Vit C and B12.

Sorry, but magnesium and zinc really should not be taken together. I don't know about selenium...
I didn’t know that about zinc and magnesium. I’ve been taking both at night before bed. Why do they need to be taken at separate times Greygoose? Thanks
Because they affect the absorption the one of the other.
I bought this…Why do they sell this stuff… makes me angry 😠
do you know if I can take B12 within 2h of Levo?
Why do they sell it? Because people buy it. Like multi-vits. None of them are designed to help people with nutritional deficiencies, they are designed to attract the 'Worried Well', people who feel they ought to do something to insure their health but really don't know anything about it. That don't know they should get tested before taking supplements and that nothing is going to do them any good if they don't need to take it: more is not better. In fact, it can be dangerous, as with calcium. Calcium deficiency is very rare with the average western diet, and excess calcium can cause problems like heart attacks. Calcium supplements are very badly absorbed and tend to build up in the soft tissues and arteries. What's more, if you're also taking vit D, you're more than likely to be over-dosed on calcium, because vit D increases absorption of calcium from food. I could go on, but I won't. lol
You can take vit B12 two hours after levo. Not 'within' two hours, after two hours.
