Oh, please don't write in capitals. It makes it so hard to read.

Why are you taking ADCAL? Is your calcium low? Or is it your vit D that is low? Because ADCAL is actually a calcium pill with a little bit of vit D. If your vit D is low, you need pure vit D3. Taking vit D3 actually increases your absorption of calcium from food. You should therefore be taking vit K2 - MK7 with it, to make sure that calcium goes into the bones and teeth, rather than the soft tissues. Taking calcium supplements really isn't a good idea unless it's absolutely necessary - and it rarely is in the Western world. And, even then, you should take the vit K2 with it. :)

my calcium has been high in past, that is why i was investigating parathyroid trouble. l However last calcium test came down from 2.8 to 2.63 with a range of 2.1 - 2.6. I asked my gp if i should stop taking Adcal and he said no.. i have taken it for years as i am prone to osteoartritus. I take k2-mk7 with it.

Can you advise me about restarting my NDT again please after an absence of 5 days. Do i start back on 1/4 grain of nature-throid or strart where i left off at 3/4 grain. i have not had any symptoms from them as yet

I would go back on the 3/4 grain, if I were you. 5 days isn't long. :)

Oh your other post yesterday listed calcium as:

CALCIUM0.9...2.1 - 2.6

PHOSPHATE3.6...0.8 -.1.5

I thought this is low??

What levels aren't optimal?

Is it just B12? What is the level, you may need more than 2000mcg daily.

What's B Compound? Do you need that as well as B Complex.

Methylfolate is better than folic acid, and your B Complex should contain that anyway. What B Complex are you taking? Does it contain 400mcg methylfolate?

Not what you're looking for?
