Do you have a thyroid condition and if so could you add results and thyroid antibodies results? When we're these blood tests taken? Were they done after supplementing.

Your TSH is too high. Most people don't feel well until it's nearer to 1.0. You need a dose increase. Looks like you have absorption issues and could benefit from being gluten free. Perhaps your doc needs to check for pernicious anaemia?

You might benefit from probiotics and you may have low stomach acid and need to take HCL Betaine with pepsin.

Ask your doctor why he thinks your vitamin levels are so low despite supplementing. Your doctor will not think it's important to go gluten free. I doubt your doctor knows about the Hashimotos antibodies and gluten connection.

As you have Hashimotos thyroiditis you need to read and find out more about gut function and how you can improve it. Your doctor may call it autoimmune thyroid disease which is commonly known as Hashimotos around the world.

Taking up to 200mcg selenium may help to prevent the activity of thyroid antibodies as will a lower TSH.

Not what you're looking for?
