Hi I am very happy after seeing my new GP today about my results and he has increased my dose of Levothyroxine from 25mcg to 50mcg and a repeat thyroid test done 6-8 weeks from now. I took a copy of my bloods run by my previous GP and my new one said my results of complete blood count and iron panel are consistent with iron deficiency. I have had an intrinsic factor antibodies test today to rule out pernicious anaemia and I have been started on iron tablets, started folic acid and have been given loading doses of B12 and vitamin D. I am also having causes of low vitamins and minerals investigated and he seems to think I am undiagnosed coeliac. Thanks for reading.
