Any thoughts/advice on my results?

Main symptoms are Fatigue, weight gain, lack of concentration & drive. Nearly all bloods are “in range” so for docs nothing wrong with me, so went back for more detailed bloods to research myself and ask for help and advice from others who have more of a clue!

Not on any thyroid meds as doctors all say I am fine, gave me antidepressants which I am on about a year. I have been on B12 for a few months, taking it orally. I have been taking kelp and Ubiquinol for a couple of months.

Are you currently on any thyroid meds or vitamins? What, what dose & how long have you been on it for? (Ammend your original post.)

You look underdosed for your thyroid (most feel at their best with TSH under 1 & T3 & t4 in the upper quarter of the range.) & many of your vitamins, (this alone will make you feel ill & will prevent full absorption of your thyroid meds) but some more details would be useful before members can give their best advice.
