Pain diminishing
Since 20th Oct I've been on a mission with my diet, I've made my own Tumeric/Ginger/Pepper/ Pineapple shots which I take first thing, I take Magnesium, Calcium, D3 and Omega 3 (from kelp) supplements and I also took Aloe Vera juice for 3 weeks, I made my own Omega 3 mix which is Walnuts, Chia and Flaxseed
