If you left 24 hours between last dose and blood draw you are over medicated. Reducing 1/2 grain will probably be enough to drop FT3 into range. Reducing dose should also help reduce rT3.
Thyroid antibodies are negative for Hashimoto's.
VitD is excellent. If you are supplementing you could stop until Oct-Apr.

Thanks, Clutter, I'll give it a go. I was really surprised by these results - I don't feel overmedicated. My temp is still quite low and although the trigger finger and wrist pain have improved considerably, my foot and heel pain is still debilitating. Should I be able to feel a difference as my RT3 reduces?
rT3 is the body's brake on over converting T3. You'll have high rT3 because FT3 is high. I've no idea if high rT3 is contributing to your symptoms or if you'll feel better when it drops.
