So many capsules, tablets, powders to swallow....
Hello everyone, I trust this post of mine finds you well. I wanted to ask you, how do you deal with all these things we have to swallow? More than once I found myself choking on a huge omega 3 capsule or a polyvitamin one. Maybe even a Mg capsule. And what about the constant need to drink, I don't even

Do any supplements work?
Do any supplements work? I've read through many, many posts on this site claiming that particular supplements, or combinations of supplements, slow or stop or reverse the progression of Parkinson's Disease. Off the top of my head, I've seen posts on the following: - Vitamin B1 - CoQ 10 - Ceylon

BiTE Clinical Trial
He switched ADT to Apalutamide + Firmagon about a year in, which he’s still on now, as well as
Zometa
every 3 months. PSA is now at 2.1 and slightly creeping up. We live in Jacksonville, FL but will be flying to MD Anderson Houston every 2 weeks starting in May for treatments.

FET supliments??
So after a hellish week of waiting for a phone call, I was advised today that I have 2 frozen embryos! Feel like I can relax and breath again! Not having my FET for a few months. I was looking for some pre- FET supliment advice? Pre egg-collection I have been taking high dose Folic Acid, Vitamin D, CoQ10

GREEN FLAXSEED BREAD
(Makes a 900g loaf – 10-12 slices) Flaxseed gives this loaf a delicious, nutty flavour. Not only that, it is also rich in omega 3 and fibre, which your biome and your bowels will enjoy. 80g ground almonds 200g ground flaxseed 50g chia seeds 50g pumpkin seeds 4 eggs 200g fresh (or defrosted frozen

Ashermans, thin lining, low ovarian reserve, poor responder.. trying ivf one last time with donor sperm for possible surrogacy if lucky
After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. I thought it was strange that when I had the coil out my periods remained just as light as when I had it in. I decided to do some hormone tests, and discovered I had a high prolactin

Symptoms but no diagnosis. Frustrating. I've tried everything and would appreciate any kind of advice. Please note this is a very long post.
I started to feel discomfort on the right side below my ribs about a year and a half ago. It wasn't pain as such but more of a discomfort that one should not feel daily. I was drinking heavily at the time; beer, whiskey, tequila. This discomfort has now become chronic that would last for a few hours

Is it possible to loss weight?
First 2 years casodex, lupron, and
zometa

zometa
. I have gained 50 lbs during this time. I just found out that I am now prediabetic. I realize that I have to exercise and watch what I eat.

Hi everyone, I’ve started a short protocol this week 450 Ovaleap to combine with Menopur from day 8 to try and get a blastocyst to freeze for potential surrogacy After many years of having a Mirena coil for heavy periods, my then partner and I decided to start to try for a baby. Terrific CT Scan Results
Now on Verzenio,
Zometa
, Faslodex, Enocrit. Went for a CT Scan last Friday. Results in my account almost immediately, and also given to me by my onc on Monday. This was my best CT report EVER. Everything has either shrunk or is GONE. Almost everything is clear. What terrific news.

Book "Let Food be your medicine" by Don Colbert, MD
He covers a number of common illnesses. I only summarise what I consider the main points from the section on cancer with the hope of stimulating discussion. He does not claim to cure cancer and says "but it does help, and we have helped hundreds of patients treat (manage or control) their cancer".

Nutrition and supplements
Does anyone follow with an integrative oncologist? I am recently diagnosed, not requiring treatment at this time and would like to optimize my health and seek out natural approaches to treatment as long as I can. I have been researching nutrition and supplements to help in this battle. Does anyone

Loathe am I to criticise the NHS in UK as it’s such an amazing privilege to have free health care but following the messages from forum users elsewhere in the world I realise that sometimes we get what we’re given and don’t necessarily get the best healthcare. I m scared I’m blindly heading towards

Reversed my Hashimoto's with dietary and lifestyle changes
I was diagnosed about three years ago with Hashimoto's. All my thyroid hormone levels were normal but my anti-TPO antibodies were out of range. I had all the usual symptoms: fatigue, weight gain and then the inability to lose weight, hair loss, dry skin, you name it. I also developed severe cold urticaria
