Brewer's / nutritional yeast without inactive b12 analogues?
However, on the other side, I feel that the brewer’s yeast did me a lot of good as well, probably because it helped me increase my
zinc
intake (I think I’m deficient) and perhaps other nutrients as well.

Really appreciate some advice with Test Results :-)
My Vitamin D and Ferritin are also on the low side and I know my
Zinc
was insufficient on my NHS test.

Anybody else get a terrible IBS and PMS mix? (some tips for it too)
Walnuts, sweet potatoes, oats and
zinc
encourage a hormone called progesterone, which apparently eases cramps too. Having too much estrogen can make things worse so consumption of Magnesium, Vitamin B6, fibre, carrot, Omega 3, and cruciferous vegetables can help to regulate it.

It's a lot
My hair is falling out rapidly, before I cut it all off I'm looking into minerals that my body may lack, such as
zinc
, magnesium, calcium and potassium. I feel quite sad and isolated on this journey at the moment and long for a space where I am not alone.

Help needed for supplements
Also can anyone recommend supplements to take wether it be cortisol, melatonin,
zinc
something for adrenal glands. Our doctor and hospital won’t give out anything other than meds for anything else. I have been put on metaformin for diabetes, and meant to have started one for BP.

Can I really need this much medication? Can I add more?!
Zinc
, iron, selenium, b complex and have good results (as per advice here). So I never expected to be adding this much T3. I imangined I would add maybe 10 and then I’d be sorted but I find myself with what feels like quite a lot.
