T3 lower, TSH much higher after T3/T4 time-release - take T3 only, or T3 with levo?
I have upped my digestive enzymes & betaine, take all the co-factors,
zinc
, selenium, D. don't eat gluten, eat mostly whole foods although very little! My D level doesn't seem to go up much either even though in the summer I am in the sun 6+ hours a day and never put sunscreen on my legs.

Feedback from first endo visit and a plea for help
So I’ve got some high strength vit c plus
zinc
. I’m on vit D as I was deficient. I tried to find vit c plus zine and selenium but couldn’t find any. And also, is it correct that you should avoid iodine supplement when hypo and on levothyroxine.

Help! Best Private Functional Adrenal Dr UK :-)
I'm so desperate as I'm currently housebound due to low cortisol, Iron, Vitamin D and
Zinc
. I would love some support to get me out of this pickle! I don't really want to spend the money but will as long as the person is right as I can't afford to pay twice. I've considered the following before...

6 tests for confirming type 1 diabetes
This is the oldest type 1 antibody test, and is not used as frequently today. 6)
Zinc
Transporter 8 (ZnT8Ab)—The newest type 1 test, this looks at antibodies targeting an enzyme that is specific to beta cells. This test may not be as readily available.

NDT should I increase dose or wait?
I supplement Vit D and K, Selenium,
Zinc
, Iron, Vit C, Magnesium, Iron and Vit C. One of my main problems is that I find it hard to take supplements at the right time as I split my NDT three times through the day. Any suggestions how to time it?

Rethink Vitamin C (we need all the help we can get)
Iron,
zinc
and manganese are all absorbed better when they are consumed with Vitamin C. Taking a liposomal Vitamin C is the best way to increase the amount of Vitamin C available to the body. It is easily broken down and absorbed by the digestive system.

Recommendations for GP in East Midlands and websites to buy NDT online. Thanks!
I am gluten free and dairy free and take vitamins and supplements (Vit D, B12, magnesium, selenium and
zinc
) but still don't feel that well. I am now investigating my adrenal function (another post will follow!)
