Brewer's / nutritional yeast without inactive b12 analogues?

Hello,

I’ve noticed that whenever I eat brewer’s yeast (flakes), my deficiency symptoms re-appear and the injections don’t work anymore. This is because brewer’s yeast contains b12 analogues (inactive b12), that apparently interfere (severely) with normal, active b12 metabolism. However, on the other side, I feel that the brewer’s yeast did me a lot of good as well, probably because it helped me increase my zinc intake (I think I’m deficient) and perhaps other nutrients as well.

So my question is: does anyone know of a brand, or particular type of brewer’s yeast or nutritional yeast that DOESN’T have any b12 analogs in it? And what about wheat germ: does it contain fewer b12 analogs that brewer’s yeast/nutritional yeast?

I wasn't able to fin any information on the exact (inactive) B12 content of these foods...

What are your experiences with brewers’s yeast, nutritional yeast or wheat germ?

Thank you!

Not come across inactive analogues before - do you still have the source that gave you this information?

As far as I am aware there is no B12 in brewer's yeast unless it has been fortified with B12
