How to best take supplements?

Hi,

I'm taking levo and first dose of t3 in the morning. 7am then again 3pm and 10pm.

Am supplementing iron, zinc, vit d, selenium and magnesium.

I would really appreciate if someone could please advice me when during the day to take these to have the best absorption.?

Hi Hannah, I am on t3 only and take it all at bedtime. That leaves all day for the supplements. Hope that helps. xx

I dose T3 at similar times. 6am, noon and 6pm and Levo at 11pm

I use vitamin D mouth spray 10mins after breakfast, absorbed in mouth so it doesn't go to gut so that's easy

Zinc, selenium with breakfast. Magnesium about 9am (not ideal, but impossible to be four hours away from one dose or another)
