I’ve been working on my vitamins as recommended on here (thank you). I’ve just done the nutrition 9 BH test - last did it in June. Could you give me some advice please?
Currently take: selenium 200mcg, igennus b12 complex, sub lingual b12, magnetism glycinate (until a week ago was magnesium oxide), vit d 20,000 ui x 2 per week for another four weeks then will switch to the spray.
Specifically would like help on: selenium - I guess I should stop or reduce this now? Folate - struggling to get this higher - does it need to be?
Should I supplement with zinc? I was for a while then stopped as I was unsure.
Ferritin - I am dealing with, with endo.
I have been on 50mg levo for about five weeks and am due a check up with the endo this week to review. Still struggling with sleep, fatigue and some other symptoms.
