Zinc with Green Tea?
Zinc has some anti-viral properties (it is also toxic in large doses) and green tea has two chemicals that make zinc more available to the body (quercetin and EGCG). So, since I already drink green tea and take EGCG pills each morning , I'm going to start taking a low dose (25 mg) zinc pill each morning

Coming off pramipexole
I would stick at it but it is difficult. I was on pramipexole for 9 years. Initially it worked well. But I had to keep increasing the dosage from 0.088mg at the start to 0.7mg for the last 3 years. Like you I was suffering from augmentation and it became clear that pramipexole was making my condition

Australian research team will begin implementing 1st CT using IV zinc for severely ill covid-19 patients.
I believe this type of fast track short term human, non-random, non-blind, CT is a good first start for those who believe zinc is possibly efficacious for treating covid-19 illness. Some on this HU forum have been promoting it for some time, so we will see if it has as much potential as they believe

Zinc, copper, and COVID-19 ?
I know some members here take zinc, and there is still a bit of controversy as regards benefit or harm for us with PC. I also know that zinc is often taken (in lozenge or syrup form) as a potential treatment to shorten the duration of the common cold, a practice also not without controversy. Dr. Sholz

G'day family, I hope everybody is doing well, and had a good sleep, and is not to worried about this Wuhan/Covid19 virus. On a non-ms note I might say, take your Zinc and have your doctor look into research from a few days ago about a malaria drug that has been proven to stop Wuhan virus 100% from

4 Weeks in T3 T4 combo
As you all know I am now after quite a few years of pushing due to bad conversion on T 3 along with my T4. The Endo prescribed 20 mg T3 along side my T4 of 125, of course I have not just added the T3 at this level straight away. I started with 2.5 twice a day for a week with T4 at 125 everything fine
