As per previous posts not had any joy with support from GP so have been taking advice here and am seeing an endo privately to hopefully get a diagnosis of Hashimoto's. Have just done blood tests prior to apt and got the results back. My levels have been the best I've ever seen (first blood test was in 2017), except for TSH, which I'm super pleased about but on the days I feel bad, I feel pretty rubbish. Can anyone shed some light as it doesn't make sense to me as to why I feel worse. FT3 is the important one I thought for symptoms but my FT3 is the highest it's ever been!
Or is it the high ferritin that's actually causing the symptoms? Haven't been sleeping brilliantly so could also be that.
(Have been taking b vits, selenium, zinc, vit d loading dose, magnesium for a few months (stopped b complex 7 days before test). Gluten and dairy free for a couple of weeks now). Thanks in advance!
Edit: not currently on any medication

I very much doubt you'll get a diagnosis of Hashi's with that low TPOab. The NHS does not recognise TgAB as being indicative of Hashi's without high TPOab.
Your FT3 may be high-ish but the question is: how long has it been like that? Long enough to get rid of symptoms? With Hashi's, levels tend to jump around as hormone leeches from damaged thyroid cells. Look at your TSH. That is high - although not by NHS standards - so your FT3 probably hasn't been that high for very long.
I don't know if high ferritin causes symptoms. But, you haven't been gluten or dairy-free for long enough for it have had much effect yet. So, patience is still needed, I'm afraid.
I’m not actually on any medication! I was hoping endo would be prescribe me some when I see him on Saturday but on these results I’m not so sure. As mentioned elsewhere I’m sort of looking to conceive so tsh should be under 2.5... the lat iron panel I had was 2018 and iron was the top end of the ‘normal’ range. Thanks that helps
