4 weeks after adding t3. Lab results. What to do now?
I was supposed to wait 6 weeks until testing but I’ve got an email from my dr saying they are closing for a month on Wednesday (16th of December) so I felt I needed to go to check my levels before. I went this morning so unfortunately I took my last dose of T4 and T3 26 hours before testing ( not 8-

Week 1 completed

Iron ferritin levels
Hello, My ferritin level is 35 so my doctor has given me ferrous sulphate tablets. 200 mg. take one tablet twice a day. I have been reading on here that ferrous bicglycinate has better results. Would you advise me to continue with the ferrous sulphate, or change to ferrous bicglycinate. Thanks

Timing of/taking supplements
Hi I already take quite a few supplements ie vits/minerals etc. Take magnesium, calcium, multi Bs, Omega 3, D3 etc. I've only just been more aware of the timing of taking them, when alerted to possible iron level issues with RA. Just already added Vit D + K2 Magnesium Vit B complex ( B12...) And now I want to add Zinc also Selenium so whats the suggested doses please ? Many Thanks in advanced

Just diagnosed - Help!
Good morning everyone. I'm so glad to have found this forum. Results from recent blood test shows "borderline underactive thyroid". 50mg levo prescribed & took first pill this morning.
