hey gang, pre diagnosis I got super into yoga during lockdown. Like everyone else I swore that I’d uphold and did not 🙄🙄. Now I’m coming out of hospital after fluid retention and some muscle atrophy. If anyone has any yoga resources or tips, I would gladly welcome them. Thanks in advance

Hi there! I realise I've not been so attentive to this community and only now have seen your note. How are you getting on with your re-engagement with yoga? A few ideas as are resonant - focus more on the regulation that comes with steady and consistent breathing. You might enjoy some of the other posts in this community around coherent breathing and self regulation. Simpel things like cat/cow, shoulder rolls, just anything that encourages movement in the fascial network can be so helpful.
