Hi there. Breath is the foundation of life and hence the foundation of a yoga practice. Trusting your body and exploring what works for you can take time. To get started, here's an introduction to Surya Namskar A - the sun salutation. It is quit dynamic and also can be adapted too, as highlighted in the video. Have a look at the 6/6 breathing article too. For simplicity and a pick me up, here is also a 10 minute movement series to bring lubrication to the joints. Most of all, enjoy your unique path of discovery and notice what works and feels best for you. So much of yoga asks us to look at our patterns of tension and what is bubbling underneath those patterns. ENJOY!!
