Gonna have fish again with a salad or veggies.gonna do laundry which requires me to walk up and down steps and across the parking lot three times.gonna do dishes.did a lot today.so I'll probably clean shower might have company coming.maybe eggs for breakfast,maybe turkey bacon.but I'm not a big breakfast eater.theres a yoga class on zoom tomorrow.might do that.i got two big bags of salad so I have to use them.might make pasta salad but I didn't get the whole grain pasta.will definitely do yoga tomorrow.will call mom

Hi again, welcome back. I notice in your posts you use the words ’probably’ and ’might’. Please take this comment as encouragement and not criticism but for me I have to make a proper plan, for meals, and for excercise. It really is worth spending a bit of time writing a food plan which you can use to write your shopping list. You could browse through daily diary or trawl the internet for meal ideas. You can work out calories or carbs on any free app like my fitness pal. If you plan properly you never need to be starving hungry between meals so you’re less likely to eat ’rubbish’.
