Feel scared
Has been a rough 3 months. Still don't know what triggered my anxiety and fears so bad again. I was doing so well. Went to my MD/Psychiatrist and let him know. I had been on 15mg of mirtazapine and .5 mg of lorazepam. He adjusted my meds and raised my mirtazapine to 30mg and told me I could also take

My experience with life.
Head

and all bleed a lot. I wasn't there for either of those deaths. But it still never fails to find me. I have been trying for years to figure out how to deal with all the repressed emotions and memories of my experience so that I can get better.

Returning to work after diagnostic lap
Hi all. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy on Tuesday and was wondering how long it was before other people returned to work. Today is the first day I've actually felt ok enough to drive. I only went to the shops but now my belly button wound it sore and I'm knackered. I was hoping to get back to work

Borderline Personality Disorder
I ended up quitting another job, but this time I have no regrets. This is the third job that I have had in 4 years... :-( I am tired of such rude and disrespectful people. Everyone is out for themselves and in this last job, I was constantly treated like crap on a daily basis. When I had my psych appointment

Laparoscopy incisions.
I had a diagnostic laparoscopy on Friday 22nd and was diagnosed with endometriosis. I had a complication in surgery where they punctured my bowel. They took the stitches out yesterday but it has popped open and keeps bleeding/weeping. I have tried using steri strips and been back to my GP but they dont

Wound in groin after ablation
Hi, 10 days after ablation and not a peep from the wound in the groin, its healed well with no bruising. From last night the area is achy and painful and there is a hard lump under the skin. Is this the same for others?

Wound care
Hello. I had a laparoscopy Thursday afternoon. I have changed the dressings today after showering. I was just wondering when I remove the dressings completely as the area is right where your pants/jeans rub? Is not clear on my wound care instructions. Also I have not been able to empty my bowels since

Can thrush cause spotting?
It does look red but can't see any open
wounds
. So just wondering could it cause a little spotting? Panicking because the night of transfer I had strong period pains, managed to sleep and woke up feeling fine and was fine all day yesterday.

Provera?
I'm just back from my follow-up appointment after having a laparoscopy back in May - I was diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis and it was lasered away. Since then my stomach pain has been getting worse and I am suffering almost every day so I've been recommended to take provera tablets 3 times a day

I am new here.
I'm new and have suffered from anxiety and depression for many years. I'm bipolar and can't take antidepressants because they cause me to be manic. I take Abilify and Tegretol. I used to like all types of needlework including crochet and quilting. Now I watch tv or read. I call myself "Cracked" because

Radiofrequency denervation info, please
Hi everyone. I'm hoping to locate someone who has had a radiofrequency denervation procedure to the spine. Was it successful in relieving pain and what effects did it have on you with loss of sensation etc? Was it a good move to have it done or do you regret it? If anyone can help I'll be very grateful

Ablation update 3 days later
Hi guys Well it's been 3 days since my ablation and I've only just found out that my procedure was only partially done, The right hand side was cut easily but the left hand side wouldn't take so they had to burn around the veins in a pearl necklace way,or spot welded which makes more sense to me,with

Penis wound swollen after circumcision
The
wounds
are almost healed already, except for some swelling which still remains. It is a little bit painful even if I gently press it. Anyone with similar experience? Please do share your solution. Thanks!

Are all sugars created equal?
I'm just new this summer to a PMR diagnosis and learning so much from this forum. Thank you. It is the best place I've found for information on PMR! I'm working on the no added salt, no sugar diet, but certainly have a sweet tooth. Are all sugars equally evil? Is it better to use agave or honey, xylitol
