I'm new and have suffered from anxiety and depression for many years. I'm bipolar and can't take antidepressants because they cause me to be manic. I take Abilify and Tegretol. I used to like all types of needlework including crochet and quilting. Now I watch tv or read. I call myself "Cracked" because my disorder has taken so much from me, but I'm rethinking calling myself that.
