Can thrush cause spotting?

Hey everyone,

So still treating my thrush. I woke up at 6am and had to apply cream as I was so itchy!

Just been to toilet and when I wiped I though I seen a tiny light pink colour on tissue, so wiped again and had a spec of blood, like a tiny dot. I wiped again and nothing. Sorry for TMI but I got a mirror to look, thinking maybe I've been scratching the area in my sleep or something. It does look red but can't see any open wounds.

So just wondering could it cause a little spotting?

Panicking because the night of transfer I had strong period pains, managed to sleep and woke up feeling fine and was fine all day yesterday. Today I have period type pains again as well as a little back ache (both AF signs for me).

Possibly. It really was a tiny little spec, like a really small dot so hardly anything. I wouldn't have even seen it had I not been looking for it. I just felt a little worried with having the back ache and cramps too 😩

I'll keep an eye on it.

I had back ache Ache and cramps hun I also had like little electric shocks.

I feel for u it's awful being in the 2ww.

Thanks. I'm also on cycle day 34, period was due even before transfer think that's why I'm paranoid as I do know it really could just show any minute.

I actually feel more calm with this 2ww than previous ones (so far lol).

This thrush is horrible too! Hope I don't get it again once it's cleared up xxx

Horrible eh? 🙁 Mines are way again, lasted maybe 30-40 minutes I'd say. How are yours now? How many dpt are you? Xxx

I had the transfer Friday so 2dp they've been there aching most of the day today I wish I could just fast forward to next week to know xx

Same for me, 2dpt. I know it's horrible. It's like you want the result day to come but at the same time your scared of finding the result out too?

This is my 3rd transfer and I don't remember having cramps on and off, although I am currently cycle day 34 so does make me think well AF could show anytime.

With my other transfers AF has always been a week or so away xxx

Thrush treatments make me spot. I think Im allergic to it. It's more annoying than Thrush!

I'd like to think it was, but honestly it lottery was like tiny specs of blood as if I had a little cut somewhere? Who knows 🙈

All well today anyway, no sporting or anything and not feeling as sore xxx

If it was bleeding from irritation it would have been there again when you wiped. Have you decided when you're going to test? x

I tested early for my previous two cycles and I had chemical pregnancies with both and for me I found testing torture because I was watching the tests become more faint. So, this time I'm not testing until OTD which is a blood test for me so still very early even to use a pregnancy test, but I feel I'd just need to have an idea of what the blood test might say.

Currently not feeling very positI've. I'm only 3dpt so it's so early, but felt I had little signs by now with previous cycles xxx
