Injured my lower back
I've had a microwave hot bag on it, and also pit some
voltarol
on it. Can anyone suggest things to make it heal quicker?

Personal Trainer sessions
Hey everybody, My DR advised me that loosing weight and exercise will ''help'' with my fibro but due to my weight I struggle with self-esteem (Size 14/16). I lost a lot of weight previously going from a size 22 to a small size 10, but I've quickly chucked the weight back on which I feel is putting strain

Hydroxychloroquin has helped to reduce Steroids
I have found the prescription
Voltarol
relieves muscle pain and double base cream keeps the bruising on my arms down. I hope this post will be of help to those with similar problems. Many rheumatologists don't always suggest this alternative.

At my wits end.
I have oseoarthritis in my right hip and severe coxidynia. I have tried steroid injections, Ibuprofen, voltaren, and other anti- inflammatory medications. They take the edge off the pain but it never goes away. I have also visited a chiropractor, osteopath and physiotherapist. Nothing seems to help.

Not able to take anti inflammatories has anyone got an alternative that I can buy myself, I am using aloe vera and
voltarol
cream, not sure I should be using the latter or even if it helps... Thanks, Gillian

PMR - Would appreciate feedback.
Hi All, If we wait for science to find a cause and cure for PMR I think we will be waiting a long time! I believe the answer will come from people like you and me, the ones with a vested interested and a motivation to make a break-through for the benefit of all. I should add I have achieved this on

Had pain in right shoulder yesterday, but after a good rub with
Voltarol
by my OH the pain went by tea-time. I have noticed recently that I hear a lot of crunching noises in my shoulders when turning over in bed, and a bit of pain in my collar bones.

Using Voltaren topical ointment for peripheral neuropathy
I had my first chemo in 2009 and additional sessions in 2014. One of the side effects for me has been numbness in the feet and lower legs when I lie prone. Sleep has been an issue. I need to get up every three hours or so to get my feet and legs back to normal. I've just discovered that Voltaren

No pain no gain.
Well after completing week 3 with the help of ice packs and
Voltarol
with pain coming and going in my knee and heel, I woke up this morning to constant pain in my knee and the heel no better, so I've admitted to myself that I need to give them both a decent rest.

New here. Would like info on bone mets....
Hi everyone. I'm 67 and was first diagnosed with lobular bc, very tiny, in 2012. Left Breast. Had a lumpectomy and radiation. One sentinel node had Metastisis but it was felt that I didn't need chemo. 2014 pain in ribs led to finding of bone mets to spine, pelvis, and ribs. We believe that it had already
