Navigating endometriosis naturally
Hello everybody, I am new on here and would like to share my experience with you. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis 5 years ago at 23 years old, followed by surgery. I'd spent years going round in circles with doctors on meds that make everything worse. The medicines prescribed numb your connection

Faslodex injection pain
I know this has been discussed before in this forum. I have never had a problem before. I had my injections last Wednesday morning and did a lot of running around and tension in the afternoon. Also on Thursday morning did a big shopping. By the time I came home the pain had started at the injection

Bracelet
I’m awaiting an appointment with a clinic my doctor has referred me but I’ve been told because of the pandemic it could be about 25 weeks wait. My hands wrists and shoulders are getting quite painful and I’m just wondering if it’s worth getting a magnetic bracelet which I’ve seen advertised are they

Merry Christmas Everyone
I don’t often check in here as I have had a particularly bad brush with C-19 which has resulted in far more serious problems. I have discovered quite a lot about fibromyalgia and CFS through my research and will reiterate my recommendations about taking curcumin (turmeric); magnesium, and milk thistle

How do you deal with the severe pain of arthritis flare up ? I take cocodamol , use voltarol gel and it's doing nothing for the pain . I can't take anti inflammatories and desperate for relief and sleep . Pain is spine , hip and down into knee . Any suggestions welcome x

Pain 🙁
So I do a run tonight 3.5 miles come back, rest for 3/4 hour and then complete a dance workout (only did low level). Only to find my left mid calf feeling rather uncomfortable? Not sure why as I did warm up stretches, cool down etc! Put some voltarol on it and the heat pad to try and ease it! It better

Muscle aches
Hello lovely people! I hope you are all managing to stay well under these circumstances. Can anyone recommend an efficient cream or gel to get rid of muscle aches? (Why do we even get them when we are optimally dosed up?!) I’ve used voltarol but that wears off quickly and I refuse to take pain killers

50k Sticks ‘n Stones long run done
Since my Sticks n Stones 50k was deferred to 2021, I decided to try it on my own. Turns out a lot of runners had the same idea so there was a race vibe in the air. And I started in the wrong direction 🙄, which turned out to be a great way to meet everyone! I am so fortunate to have two such kind friends

Paiñful knee
I have had painful knee for over a week and decided to phone dr for painkillers. Suddenlyb painful overnight . Not hot ,swollen or inflamed . She thought arthritis and suggested para cetamol , heat or ice. Para cetamol had never done anything for me painwise. So she suggested Ibuprofen or voltarol

Voltarol or Voltaren
Some one ask about this a while ago. It seems they are both the same , with similar colour packets and both contain Diclofenac . Mystery solved so to speak or puzzle resolved for those who were confused.

A quick question
Has anyone tried Voltaren for arthritis pain. If so I'm curious on how good this cream does . This is sold over the counter but is prescription strength from what I've heard. How well does this cream help you if you are using this ? thanks for commenting in advanced .

Pain
Have had pain in my hands and less so in my elbows and shoulders for several months. My GP has spoken on the phone to me and been given voltarol gel which helps a bit. Blood tests show raised inflammatory markers and rheumatoid factor. Have been referred to rheumatology as GP thinks rheumatoid arthritis

Argument with GP practice today
Hiya, I had an argument with my GP surgery today and would like your opinions/advice. I asked for some pain relief gel (ibuprofen gel, voltarol gel and voltarol medical plasters if possible). They said because it was over the counter I would have to buy it and they would not prescribe it (I have pre-payment

Hi All, I completed C25K a couple of weeks ago and had 4 really good consolidation runs feeling quite strong. On Sunday I had a bad day, just didn't feel right, it was raining etc and I had a bit of a pain in my left calf, so walked for a bit and finished the run. Today I went out and felt my left
