latest bloods - thoughts please
I have no breakdowns of
vitamins
because they’ve not been tested , and the actions after the tests are that I need a ferritin infusion and Levi increased to 125 five days a week. Thoughts anyone - should I be concerned? Thank you

Which Vits to test for
I have an appointment with a GP on Monday and will ask to have my blood tested for
vitamins
. My question is, which should I be asking for? I have Vit B12 injections. I self injected every other day for about eighteen months, and now around once a week. I also take a Vitamin B complex.

are you taking vitamins / supplements, in conjunction with use of a prescription bone treatment?
let me know how it's going, and what you're using, please, thanks ... after all, the main trial for prolia had participants on daily calcium supplement with vitamin D.

2nd opinion please on if B12 okay or low?
Someone here suggested it low & I might benefit from a pernicious anaemia test (I do have symptoms) &
vitamins
. The trouble is, my GP is being a little short with me, so I am reluctant to ask for test, & instead opted for a week on sublingual B12 spray, & then an addition of B complex.

I know to take the FF in evening away from my levothyroxine but can I take B complex and D

Levo and Lio dosage advice please🙏
Oh also I started Evorel Sequi HRT patches, I don't know whether this makes a difference to
vitamins
. I'm still taking thorn basic B , better you vit D K2, magnesium. Was having a fizzy vit c, would this result in high ferritin 🤔.

NICE Guidelines under review
They think OTC
vitamins
are enough to solve the problem. I think this superb progress made by the PAS and the new guidelines further exposes the profound reality that Doctors simply do not know a single jot about nutrition. They know as much as the next person.

Blood Brain Barrier
When we say that a supplement has properties that help
vitamins
/ minerals cross the blood/ brain barrier, are we altering the properties of the
vitamins
/ minerals or are we altering the way the the blood / brain barrier works?

Advice on latest ferritin, VitD, vitB12 please
I started high dose
vitamins
tablets recommended here on 1st January 2023. Following the March results, I switched to drops and sprays.
Ferritin
I thought the Medichecks high ferritin was a blip because my NHS tests are looking good.

Sulphoraphane in canola / rapeseed oil?
It also contains a lot of
vitamins
E and K, antioxidants, valuable omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. Omega-6 (also called linoleic acid) are essential polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Latest results after starting combination meds
I took levo 24hrs before being tested and followed all recommendations prior to being tested I didn’t test
vitamins
etc as they were ok on the previous test Does any one know why my TSH has gone up a bit and free t4 down? Is this because I have central hypothyroidism.

1st home test Tuesday, just to clarify.
I had a GP blood test a couple of weeks back, which shows TSH,
vitamins
, & so on, but I have ordered a basic Medicheck test to see my TSH, T3 & T4.

Should we lobby for modern healthcare to be a blend of Conventional Medicine AND Functional Medicine?
Which other
vitamins
have the power to devastate the body in this way? I'm not sure I know of one that carries the same magnitude.
